Dymax respiratory device adhesives quickly bond airway management devices such as anesthesia masks, resuscitator bags, and breathing circuits. The medical-grade adhesives are solvent-free, meet ISO 10993-5 Cytotoxicity approvals, and cure in seconds upon exposure to LED/UV/Visible light. The materials form strong, flexible bonds to a variety of substrates, as well as highly plasticized plastics.
Our adhesive materials form strong, flexible, and moisture resistant bonds to substrates such as ABS, PET, PS, PVC, and SEBS. the materials are also easily dispensed by syringe, dipping well, screenprint, or spray, and are available in a range of viscosities.
Additionally, some formulations feature See-Cure, Ultra-Red®, or combine the two with Encompass® technology. Adhesives formulated with See-Cure change color upon cure, making them highly visible on substrates. The Ultra-Red component enables the adhesives to fluoresce bright red under blacklight for easy post-cure bond-line inspection.
