ACCU-CAL® 160 Radiometer
Helps light-curing system maintain consistent intensity and dosage levels
Provides a worker friendly light-curing process by measuring stray or reflected energy
Measure the light intensity transmission rate through the substrate to ensure an effective cure
Dymax UV and visible radiometers are easy to operate and allow operators to monitor and document a UV/Visible light curing process. A low UV intensity measurement signals an operator to replace the bulb, reflector, or lightguide. Degradation of curing bulbs, lightguides, and reflectors can decrease intensity, resulting in incomplete cures. UV light meters are also used to confirm that operators are properly shielded from UV exposure.
Dymax UV radiometers measure the UV-A (320-390 nm), LED (~350-450 nm) and visible (395 nm to 465 nm) light intensity. Radiometers can be used with our spot lamps, flood lamps, and conveyors, or an adaptor kit can be purchased for use with an existing flood/conveyor kit.
