The ACCU-CAL™ 50 radiometer UV intensity meter is a simple-to-operate device that measures UV-A (320-390nm) intensity and dose (energy). Degradation of UV curing bulbs, lightguides, and reflectors can significantly reduce intensity, resulting in incomplete cures.
The ACCU-CAL™ 50 allows operators to validate, monitor, and document a UV curing process. A low intensity measurement signals an operator to replace the bulb, lightguide, or reflector. The ACCU-CAL™ 50 can also be used to confirm that operators are properly shielded from UV exposure.
